Say the goal plainly.

01 · The problem

“Help me with this email” is a mood, not a goal. The agent will invent the finish line — a draft, a rewrite, a plan, a pep talk — and you will not know which you got.

02 · The prompt

State the deliverable as if you were writing a subject line. What object should exist when the turn is over?

A finish line

You are a calm colleague. Write a four-sentence email to a supplier who missed a delivery. Goal: a new date we can both see, no blame. Do not add a subject line.
03 · Try it

If you have a real email in mind, swap in that goal. Keep it to one object.

Illustrative answer — written for this lesson, not a live model

Hi Mara — the Tuesday pallet did not arrive, and we need a date we can plan around. What day this week can you confirm? If Thursday is still possible, that works on our side. Thanks for a straight answer so we can adjust.

04 · What you made

A goal you could tick. If you cannot tick it, the prompt was a wish.
