Lesson 03.3 · Phase 03 Show, don't tell
Bad examples on purpose.
01 · The problem
The agent will happily write the version you hate if you never show it. “Don’t be salesy” is vague. A bad example is a fence.
02 · The prompt
Paste one bad line. Say what is wrong in a few words. Ask for a version that avoids that fault.
A fence
Write a one-line note confirming a 3pm call. Do not do this: “So excited to lock in this amazing chat!!!” What is wrong: hype, extra marks, the word amazing. Write the note.
03 · Try itPromptYour prompt
Use a line you have actually deleted. Name the fault. Keep the ask small.
Illustrative answer — written for this lesson, not a live model
See you at 3pm.
04 · What you made
A bad example you can keep next to the good one. Closing a door is part of the brief.
